Bromley Phoenix was proud to take part in the latest Bromley Buzz Up! networking event – an inspiring evening that brought together some of the borough’s most passionate individuals and community-focused organisations.
Hosted by VR N3XT and organised by the ever-energetic Bromley Buzz founder Darren Weale, the event provided a fantastic opportunity to connect, collaborate, and share ideas with local change makers. Our thanks go to both Darren and the VR N3XT team for their warm welcome and expert hosting.
During the evening, we were delighted to share our journey as a newly registered charity and talk about our vision for the future of basketball in Bromley with Phoenix leading the charge. Our mission remains the same: to build a more inclusive, community-driven club that uses basketball to bring people together and create lasting impact across the borough.
It was a pleasure to meet and network with a wide range of organisations making a real difference in our borough, including The Royal Bell, Falcon Flying Group, Bromley Little Theatre, Shampan Group, Bromley Greener & Cleaner, and Bromley Borough Foodbank – among many others. The room was buzzing with local talent, energy and shared purpose.
We’re already looking forward to the next Buzz Up! and to continuing to grow alongside this amazing network of Bromley-based initiatives.
