The Development programme is the cornerstone of how we help everyone at Bromley Phoenix grow, both personally and professionally. We believe in equipping our members with skills that are just as valuable off the court as they are on it.
We create essential opportunities to gain valuable qualifications in basketball, alongside real-world experience all of which are crucial for building a competitive CV.
This programme is all about ensuring our sport acts as a powerful platform to empower the next generation to reach their full potential.
At Bromley Phoenix Basketball Club, we’re committed to developing players, coaches, officials and volunteers in an inclusive and supportive environment. Our aim is to build confidence, grow skill and create a stronger basketball community.
We actively support our members in gaining Basketball England qualifications in table officiating, refereeing, and coaching. Upskilling people within our club not only strengthens Bromley Phoenix but also contributes to the growth and sustainability of the wider basketball community.
