At Bromley Phoenix, we offer two distinct team pathways to support every player’s journey. Our Compete programme focuses on local league competition, giving players the chance to develop their skills in a structured, team-first environment. For those ready to push further, the Elite programme (coming soon) provides a platform to challenge the best at a national level, where commitment, talent, and ambition come together to pursue excellence.
SEASON ONE: THE RISE OF THE PHOENIX
In our first season, we will have three teams with the aim to expand based on demand. We will have one men’s team competing in the Medway Basketball Association, an U16 boys team and U14 boys team both competing in competing in the London Central Venue Basketball League. All first season teams will be under our Compete banner.

The Elite programme represents the highest level of competition at Bromley, providing players to strive for excellence at a national level.
Our player pathway is designed to give every member of Bromley Phoenix a clear understanding of their place within the club, while providing the support and opportunities needed to grow and progress.
Compete players who are ready to take the next step will have the opportunity to try out for a place in their corresponding Elite age group team (coming soon). Within the Elite programme, players will continue to progress through the age groups, working toward a place in our top-flight Elite team.
