the compete programme
At Bromley Phoenix, our Compete programme provides a structured and engaging environment for players to participate in organised, competitive basketball at a local level. The programme is focuses local league play, helping them grow their game as part of a team.
The Compete programme is currently home to our senior team, Phoenix 1 Men, who compete in the Medway Basketball Association. It also features our junior teams, with Under 14 and Under 16 boys competing in the London Central Venue Basketball League. Joining a Compete team requires commitment and a willingness to bring effort and intensity to every practice and game.
Compete Teams
Our player pathway is designed to give every member of Bromley Phoenix a clear understanding of their place within the club, while providing the support and opportunities needed to grow and progress.
Compete players who are ready to take the next step will have the opportunity to try out for a place in their corresponding Elite age group team (coming soon). Within the Elite programme, players will continue to progress through the age groups, working toward a place in our top-flight Elite team.
