Michaila brings six years of hands-on experience in junior basketball supporting her son through his journey to National League level. As a dedicated Trustee and Membership Officer, she is passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for all members.

Previously, Michaila played a key role at Bromley Fury, where she collaborated with parent volunteers and coaches to coordinate training for over 200 young players each week. She also served as the NBL team manager for both U14 and U16 squads and was instrumental in organising a successful international trip to GloBasket for 34 players and coaches.
